Trabaho.AE is a job-advertising platform for the United Arab Emirates, operated by [Company Name] from [Emirate]. Employers post listings and reach UAE-based workers directly. Workers browse and apply for free. The listing fee sits with the employer — so no one can charge a worker for the promise of a job.
What we do #
- Employers post for free up to 3 listings per rolling 30 days, then AED 29 (5% VAT inclusive) per 30-day listing beyond that — no commission per applicant, no upsells. See full pricing & limits.
- Job seekers pay nothing. Ever. Not to register, not to apply, not to receive offers. If a listing on Trabaho.AE asks you to pay a "deposit", "visa fee", or "medical-test fee", screenshot it and report it to report@trabaho.ae or call MOHRE on 800 60.
- Every employer has signed a UAE Labour Law attestation (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) before their listing goes live. Their trade licence is verified against the Federal Tax Authority register.
What we are not #
- Not a MOHRE-licensed recruitment agency.
- Not an employer-of-record or visa sponsor.
- Not an escrow service for wages.
- Not a credential-verification service for individual workers — but we do verify the employer's trade licence.
Why employer-pays?Worker-pays platforms create the exact incentive that produces visa scams: a recruiter can monetise an applicant before any job exists. The AED 29 listing fee shifts every economic incentive to producing real, lawful, paid postings.

How we make money #
The AED 29 listing fee — charged only after an employer exhausts their free quota of 3 posts per 30 days, or to extend a listing past its 30-day life — is our only revenue line. There is no subscription, no per-applicant fee, no paid-promotion tier, no premium seeker membership, no resume-sale to third parties, and no advertising surface. If we ever add a new revenue line, it will be disclosed here before we charge for it.
