Terms of Use.
The plain-language deal between you and Trabaho.AE. Read these — they govern what we promise and what we don't.
These Terms of Use govern your access to Trabaho.AE (the "Platform") operated by [Company Name], [Emirate], UAE ("Trabaho", "we", "us"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. What Trabaho is — and what it is not #
Trabaho is a job-advertising platform. We let UAE employers publish job listings; we let UAE-based workers browse and apply to those listings.
Trabaho is not: a MOHRE-licensed recruitment agency, an employer-of-record, a visa sponsor, a wage-escrow service, a credential-verification service for individual workers, or a payment service provider. Any employment relationship that arises from a listing is between the employer and the worker, not between either party and Trabaho.
2. Your account #
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must use a real email address you control. If you sign in via Google or Apple, the linked identity provider's terms also apply to that sign-in.
3. Employer obligations #
Before publishing a listing, an employer must attest to all of the following:
- The role complies with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021), including non-discrimination on the basis of race, colour, sex, religion, national or social origin, or disability.
- The listing is not for a role under MOHRE wage-protection violation, suspended licence, or pending labour-court complaint.
- The employer (not the worker) pays all costs of employment, including recruitment, visa, medical, Emirates ID, deposit, and tools.
- The employer has consented to the PDPL Art. 6 processing necessary to receive applicant data on the Platform.
A false attestation is grounds for immediate listing removal, account termination, and — where the breach is material — referral to MOHRE and/or the Federal Tax Authority.
4. Job-seeker obligations #
You agree not to:
- Submit false personal details, falsified CVs, or fraudulent credentials.
- Use the Platform to harvest contact details for unsolicited outreach.
- Pay any employer, recruiter, or third party in connection with a listing on Trabaho. You never pay to apply. You never pay a deposit. You never pay a visa fee. If any party associated with a Trabaho listing asks you for money, refuse, screenshot it, and report it to report@trabaho.ae or MOHRE on 800 60.
5. Listing fee #
The Platform gives every verified employer 3 free listings per rolling 30 days. Listings beyond the free quota and 30-day extensions of any listing cost AED 29 inclusive of 5% VAT. Each listing — free or paid — runs for 30 days from publish. Full terms at Pricing & limits. Payment is collected via Stripe-hosted Checkout; Trabaho never receives or stores card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Decision 66/2023).
6. Acceptable use #
You agree not to (a) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without our written authorisation, (b) attempt to bypass any rate-limit, authentication, or anti-fraud control, (c) use automated systems to scrape listings or applicant data, (d) post content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or unlawful, or (e) impersonate another person or entity. Violations may result in account termination and referral to UAE authorities.
7. Intellectual property #
The Platform — including its source code, design, brand, and content — is © 2026 [Company Name]. Listing content remains the property of the posting employer. You retain ownership of any CV you upload; you grant Trabaho a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your CV solely to deliver the Platform's stated functions.
8. Disclaimers #
The Platform is provided "as is". Trabaho does not warrant that any specific listing represents a real, lawful, or available employment opportunity; we apply automated filters and trade-licence verification, but we are not the employer and we cannot guarantee employer conduct. Do your own due diligence. Do not transfer money. Do not surrender your passport. Do not sign a contract you have not read.
9. Limitation of liability #
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Trabaho's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the listing fee actually paid by the relevant employer in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 1,000 in the case of a non-paying user. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
10. Governing law and disputes #
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of [Emirate]. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the [Emirate] courts, save where consumer-protection law confers a non-derogable forum on a UAE consumer.
11. Changes #
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance via email to account holders. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
